Jonathan Shepherd
Earned over a lifetime of real estate, business and people skills, principal Jonathan Shepherd commenced in the Real Estate profession in 1976 and had 9 years with one of Boroondara’s leading agencies. During his time at working in Camberwell, Eildon and Hawthorn offices, Jonathan quickly gained a reputation as a man of integrity and trust with his clients. Gaining an enviable reputation in the burgeoning Unit / Town house market and showing strength of negotiation and persistence in becoming one of the leading Main Road specialists.
As one client recently commented:

An approach many agents, still today, do not understand. There is a difference and you can experience that difference.
One cannot stay still for long, and thus leaving the industry to gain broader business experience Jonathan not only achieved a Marketing Degree from Monash University, but also contributed his diverse management and leadership skills to a number of community and charity organisations. For the next 25 years working with some of Australia’s leading businesses, such a Volvo Australia, Amcor and Telstra, in senior management roles. Jonathan’s negotiation skills, honed earlier in the property profession, were always in demand to negotiate sales, lead sales teams, manage corporate events and execute national road shows. He also had responsibility to project manager small, medium and large events together with product development and launches.
But never far away the call of the Real Estate market had him back on the listings in 2002; Jonathan was invited to become a director of a well known agency in Balwyn. After six years this association concluded with the sale of the business in December 2008.
Never far from the zing of property negotiation that is his career, Jonathan has remained close to property, being constantly sought out by friends, companies, business associates and in particular past and present clients, for sound advice or help in buying or selling of Real Estate.
